Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service window are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $50 dispatch fee.

2. Service Satisfaction

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the cleanup, please notify our team before we leave the site so we can rectify the issue immediately.

3. Refunds

Since junk removal is a labor-based service, refunds are generally not issued once the items have been hauled away and disposal fees have been paid. In the event of a billing error, please contact us at info@nova-rescue.com.
